Every answer you see has been checked and cited.

Most FCPS banks are photocopied recalls with unattributed answers. PrepFCPS keeps a question in a draft state until a reviewer approves the stem, the key and the explanation — and the explanation names its source.

  • Reviewer approves the question, the answer and the explanation before it goes live
  • Every explanation ends with book, edition and page — Snell, Guyton, Robbins, Katzung, Harper
  • Doubt an answer? Check the reference yourself, or report it in one tap
  • Draft and AI-generated questions are never served — the gate is hard-coded

real-format mocks

100 MCQs. 120 minutes. Exactly like exam day.

Mock papers are kept separate from the practice bank, so a mock always tests you on questions you have not already drilled. Paper I, or your specialty's Paper II, at the official CBT pace — then a result screen that names your weak topics.

What every plan includes
faq

Answered like a colleague, not a brochure.

Format, pass mark, house job, attempts, books — the questions every candidate asks in the WhatsApp group, answered once.

01What is the exam format?

Two papers on the same day: Paper I and Paper II, each with 100 one-best-answer MCQs (five options) in 2 hours for the online computer-based test held in Pakistan. Paper I covers basic sciences and is the same for every specialty; Paper II is specific to the specialty you apply in.

02What is the passing percentage?

CPSP does not publish a fixed pass mark — results come out as Pass or Fail only, and the threshold is set statistically for each sitting. In practice candidates and prep providers consistently quote around 75%. There is no negative marking, so never leave a question blank.

03Can I prepare during my house job?

Yes — most candidates do exactly that. It is why PrepFCPS is built for short sessions: a 20-question drill fits in a break between calls, and spaced repetition brings back what a 36-hour shift tries to erase.

04How is PrepFCPS different from other apps and 'leaked paper' collections?

Every question PrepFCPS serves is reviewed before it goes live, and every explanation ends with a textbook reference. We do not trade in leaked papers. You also get real-format 2-hour mocks, a readiness score against the ~75% line, spaced repetition, AI Visual for image questions and a tutor that explains from the verified answer.
