How to request deletion

  1. Email ciphers.developers@gmail.com from any address, including the phone number you registered with, with the subject “Delete my PrepFCPS account”; or
  2. In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile (name, phone number, specialty, track)
  • All practice history, scores, analytics and SRS data
  • Device / push notification tokens

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment records (transaction numbers, amounts) are retained for up to 7 years as required for tax and accounting compliance. They are unlinked from your deleted profile.

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We will confirm by reply once your data has been removed.
